It swings out at an angle, for greater maneuverability under desks, countertops and tables. Whether you are left or right-handed, the swing-away joystick is perfect for you.
With a strong magnetic hold, this joystick chair mount requires very little pressure to swing open and no extra mounting hardware is needed for installation.

Leg Rest Accessories
The Pride Wheelchair Heel Loops come in a pair and provide support behind the heel of your foot to keep your foot from sliding backwards off your wheelchair footrest.
Pride’s heel loops are equipped with adjustable straps and are compatible with any of Pride’s foot rigging accessories, including the elevating leg rests and swing-away leg rests.

Leg Rests
The height and depth adjustable foot platform provides two positions of height and one position of depth, offering customizable comfort for users.
Comes standard on chair. Foolds up towards chair to help user get in and out.
The swing-away leg rests on a power wheelchair offer greater versatility and more freedom for individuals with medical conditions or disabilities. The leg rests can swing out of the way, hence the name. Swing-away leg rests are also designed to be easily removed from motorized wheelchairs. When you are transferring from your power wheelchair to the bed, toilet or other surface, swing away leg rests are extremely convenient.
The Pride swing-away leg rests can be set at any angle between 60 and 90 degrees and are fully adjustable in 5-degree increments. Available as a set, you can choose between two different footplate sizes:
- 7.25″ × 6″ Foot Plates
- 8.5″ × 6″ Foot Plates
A power wheelchair with elevating leg rests is designed to properly position the legs if they cannot be bent. Elevating leg rests are meant to provide total comfort and help to take pressure off key areas of your body.
The leg rests can be set at any angle that makes you feel comfortable, from 70 degrees to 180 degrees. When the leg rests are set at 180 degrees, this means that the leg rest is level with the seat of your electric wheelchair.
Elevating leg rests are equipped with calf pads to further support the legs and 8.5″ × 6″ foot plates

- Damage due to the product not being appropriately maintained or cared for as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Damages arising from incorrect or abusive use, including using the product beyond its intended purpose.
- Mishandling, intentional mistreatment, unauthorized alterations, or modifications.
- Unauthorized part replacements and repairs.
- Repairs covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or due to product recalls, regardless of the manufacturer’s ability to perform such repairs.
- Rust, corrosion, and other natural degradation.
- Wear-related damage including scratches and dents.
- Damages resulting from animal activities, natural disasters (like floods or fires), or appliance malfunctions.
- Stains or damages caused by cleaning products not approved by the manufacturer or from old mildew.
- Damages from theft, vandalism, or illegal activities.
- Damages inflicted by third-party contractors (e.g., maintenance personnel).
- Consequential damages occurring during product servicing.
- Damages or stains under any homeowner’s, renter’s, or other insurance policy.
- Providing false information invalidates this Protection Plan.
- Charges may apply for missed service appointments without prior notice.
- Services when no issue is detected or not reported during this agreement’s duration.
