GOLDEN, through its authorized distributor / service organization, warrants this chair to original consumer only, against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
Lifetime Limited Warranty
GOLDEN, warrants for the lifetime of the chair by the original consumer to repair or replace at Golden’s option the Lift Mechanism, Chair Frame and Recline Mechanism. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized on all models for three years. The Capri and Monarch are limited to six months subsidized labor.
GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any cost or expense for examination of any warranted parts nor is Golden to pay for costs for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or components
Three-Year Limited Warranty
GOLDEN, warrants the electrical parts of this chair against defects to original consumer only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase by a consumer. The Monarch chair has electrical parts warranty of 2 years. The Capri is limited to 1 year electrical parts warranty. Labor to replace these parts is subsidized for one year on all models except Capri and Monarch, which are limited to 6 months.
GOLDEN, shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination of any Warranted parts nor is Golden to pay cost for transportation, handling and packaging of the parts or components.
Terms Applicable to Warranties
GOLDEN will, at its option, repair and/or replace the defective parts and/or components provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling and / or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, i.e., in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, or finding an unsatisfactory power connection, etc. Exceeding the weight capacity of the chair will void the warranty.
In the event that the product does not conform to this warranty at any time while this warranty is in effect, Golden will correct the defect in conformity with the Consumer Limited Lifetime and Seven Year Warranty. THE LIMITED LIFETIME AND SEVEN YEAR WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND ENTIRE WARRANTY PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCT AND IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMIITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR PROVIDE FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OR PAYMENT OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
GOLDEN shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for any other damage or loss not contained in this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
All warranty claims must be approved by Golden Technologies before any service is performed.

Tucker Fabric
The Tucker pattern is a luxurious fabric with a modern, updated look in five rich color options and a subtle pattern. Engineered for extreme comfort and durability, this new fabric has a soft hand and tailors extremely well on the power lift recliners, bringing out the design of our chairs. Tucker fabric repels moisture, resists stains, and is easy to clean.
Tucker features new, exclusive Stain Guard offering protection from everyday living, such as liquid spills like coffee and wine, and non-liquid spills like ketchup and chocolate. Spills bead up and sit on top of the fabric until they are gently blotted with a cloth for clean-up. Tucker fiber content is 100% polyester and can be cleaned with water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner.
Sinda Polyurethane Fabric
The Sinda pattern is soft and supple and was designed to be breathable yet highly durable. It provides a realistic leather-like look with a subtle texture. The composite material and 100% polyurethane resin coating make this fabric incontinence-resistant (or water-resistant), suitable for situations with light incontinence or where some degree of liquid protection is needed but not a complete barrier. It offers partial protection and may eventually saturate with liquid after prolonged or heavy exposure. Incontinence- or water-resistant products are often more comfortable.
High-Performance Fabric
The High-Performance fabric with Alta™ technology is perfect for heavy-duty or high-traffic seating. Alta™ ramps up performance with a total liquid barrier, antimicrobial protection, and high repellency to liquids and oil-based stains. Exceptional cleanability reduces the need for harsh cleaning agents. Durablock™ liquid barrier provides breathable protection.
Anli Urethane Fabric
The Anli Urethane fabric is highly durable and provides the most realistic imitation of leather. The composite material and polyurethane coating make this fabric water resistant, flexible and lightweight.
Easy Living Fabric
Easy Living fabric has a modern, updated look to match any home décor. It tailors extremely well bringing out the shape and design of our lift recliners. This fabric features the exclusive SofTouch™ with Stain Defense coating. This proprietary system, while increasing stain resistance, adds a luxurious “soft to the touch” feel to the fabric.
Microsuede Fabric
Microsuede fabric is a stylish alternative to suede with wonderful advantages. Composed of millions of microfibers, it has the soft hand of natural suede leather, but none of its drawbacks. Long lasting and stain resistant, this faux suede fabric is perfect for furniture that will see a high volume of use or spills. It’s 100% vegan, but looks and feels like the real thing. With a stylish look and two gorgeous color options, these fabrics will be a welcome addition to any décor.
Luxurious Brisa Fabric
Brisa® fabric offers the refined look of leather, but in a luxuriously soft, breathable, and temperate design.
Brisa®, the world’s first breathable polyurethane fabric, comes in an extensive selection of lovely colors to choose from and will never stick to you or feel too hot or cold. This beautiful fabric is scratch resistant and easy to clean and disinfect, so it always stays looking new!
These fabrics are double rubbed 300,000 times to ensure the highest level of quality and durability.
Brisa® fabric is crafted using Takumi Technology, taking its meaning from the Japanese word ‘artisan.’ This innovative process engineers mastered performance directly into the four separate layers, combining them into one unified system that assures enduring bond strength and longevity.
Brisa fiber content is 100% Polycarbonate Polyurethane Surface, 65% Polyester and 35% Rayon Backing.
